To promote skill-based learning, experiential learning and holistic development, the school organised a special Bagless Day on 14th August 2026 centred around the theme of Independence Day. The day provided students with meaningful opportunities to learn beyond textbooks through hands-on activities, creativity, collaboration, communication and practical skills.
The activities were designed in accordance with the spirit of Kaushal Bodh and Kaushal Vikas, encouraging students to learn by doing and develop essential life skills while celebrating the values of freedom, patriotism, unity and pride in our nation. The day provided students with an opportunity to celebrate the spirit of patriotism while learning beyond the boundaries of textbooks and classrooms.

The activities provided students with opportunities to develop creativity, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, culinary skills, artistic expression and confidence in an enjoyable and purposeful manner. The senior students were also encouraged to express their thoughts on India, its freedom struggle and their aspirations for the nation’s future.
The Bagless Day successfully transformed the school environment into a vibrant space for learning by doing. Students participated with great enthusiasm and explored how knowledge can be connected with practical skills and real-life experiences.
The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of patriotism, responsibility and pride in the nation, reminding students that the true spirit of Independence lies not only in celebrating our freedom but also in becoming skilled, responsible, creative and contributing citizens of India.
INTER-HOUSE HINDI SELF - INTRODUCTION COMPETITION

An Inter-House Hindi Self-Introduction Competition was organized for the students of Classes III to V on 13 August 2026, Thursday, in the school auditorium with great enthusiasm and excitement.
The main objective of the competition was to develop students’ interest in the Hindi language and to encourage their self-confidence, communication skills, and overall personality development.
The young participants came forward on the stage with great confidence and introduced themselves. They expressed their names, classes, interests, hobbies, achievements, dreams, and future goals in beautiful and impressive words. Their clear speech, expressions, confidence, and impressive presentation won everyone’s hearts.
The competition was judged by Mrs. Davinder Kaur, who carefully evaluated the students on their language and style, pronunciation, confidence, presentation, and communication skills. Every participant displayed their talent and creativity wonderfully.
On this occasion, our respected H.O.S., Mr. Md. Imran Zafeer, appreciated the students’ performances and praised their hard work, dedication, and talent. His words of encouragement further boosted the students’ enthusiasm.
The talent and hard work of our young learners were clearly reflected in their speeches. They not only expressed their identity through words but also presented a beautiful glimpse of their confidence and personality while standing on the stage.
The competition proved to be a valuable opportunity for the students to learn, express themselves, and hone their talents.

HINDI RECITATION COMPETITION – A CELEBRATION OF TALENT & EXPRESSION

The young learners of Classes I and II participated enthusiastically in Hindi Recitation Competition, showcasing their confidence, creativity, expressive skills, and love for the Hindi language.
Each participant presented a Hindi poem with great enthusiasm and confidence. The children came beautifully dressed with colourful props, creative costumes, and attractive presentations, which added charm and excitement to the event.
The competition provided the students with a wonderful opportunity to develop their communication skills, pronunciation, expression, imagination, and stage confidence. Their performances reflected their sincere preparation, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
Our respected HOS Sir, Md. Imran Zafeer, appreciated and encouraged all the participants for their wonderful efforts and performances. His words of appreciation motivated the young performers to express themselves with even greater confidence.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents for their valuable support, encouragement, and efforts in helping our young learners prepare so beautifully. Their cooperation played an important role in making the event a memorable and enriching experience for the children.

POSTER MAKING COMPETITION

A Poster Making Competition on the theme “Freedom Fighters of India” was conducted in the school.
Students of classes IX – XII participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity through posters.
They wrote inspiring slogans of freedom fighters and depicted important symbols used during the freedom struggle such as the Charkha, Dandi March, Tiranga, and Jail bars.
The competition aimed to instill patriotism and to make students aware of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
All participants were appreciated for their efforts.
CLAY MODELLING ACTIVITY – CLASSES I & II

The Clay Modelling Activity for Classes I and II was organised on 6 August 2026 with the aim of nurturing creativity, imagination, artistic expression, and experiential learning among our young learners. The activity provided students with an enjoyable platform to explore ideas, work with their hands, and express themselves through colourful clay models.
Class I – Healthy and Junk Food
The students of Class I explored the theme “Healthy and Junk Food.” With great enthusiasm, they created colourful clay models of fruits, vegetables, milk, pizza, burgers, ice cream, and other food items.
Through this hands-on activity, students learnt to differentiate between healthy and junk food and developed an understanding of the importance of making healthy food choices. The colourful models reflected their creativity while reinforcing an important message about healthy eating habits.
Class II – Aquatic Animals
The students of Class II explored the fascinating theme “Aquatic Animals.” They first created a beautiful blue backdrop to represent the underwater world and then crafted a variety of marine creatures using colourful clay.
Whales, dolphins, fish, starfish, turtles, octopuses, and several other aquatic animals came alive through their imaginative creations. The vibrant displays demonstrated the students’ creativity, observation skills, imagination, and understanding of aquatic life.
Learning Through Creativity
The activity provided an enriching learning experience while promoting fine motor skills, concentration, observation, creativity, artistic expression, and confidence. Every child participated with enthusiasm and took pride in presenting their unique creations.
The event concluded with a cheerful photo session, capturing the joy, excitement, and sense of achievement among the young learners. The activity was a delightful blend of learning, creativity, and fun, leaving the students with wonderful memories and valuable learning experiences.
RALLY ON "SAY NO TO DRUG" AND ANTI-DRUG SLOGAN WRITING FOR CLASSES VI TO XII

To promote a healthy lifestyle and create awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and drug abuse, our school organized a “Say No to Drug” Awareness Rally along with an Anti-Drug Slogan Writing Competition for the students.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who marched through the school campus and nearby areas carrying informative placards and raising powerful slogans such as “DRUG IS A BUG. SAY NO TO DRUG” Their energetic participation spread a strong message about the importance of staying away from tobacco and substance abuse.
Following the rally, students showcased their creativity and social awareness through the Anti-Drug Slogan Writing Competition. They penned impactful and thought-provoking slogans highlighting the ill effects of drugs and tobacco while encouraging healthy habits and responsible decision-making. The activity provided students with an opportunity to express their ideas creatively and reinforce the importance of leading a drug-free life.
The programme concluded with a motivating address by the teachers, who encouraged students to become ambassadors of good health and inspire others to adopt a tobacco-free and drug-free lifestyle. The event successfully instilled a sense of responsibility among students towards building a healthier and safer society.
BAG CHECKING DRIVE FOR CLASSES VI – XII

To reinforce the importance of discipline, safety, and a secure learning environment, the school conducted a Bag Checking Drive for students of Classes VI to XII. The initiative was carried out as a part of the school’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and disciplined campus. The bag checking was conducted systematically by the school authorities in the presence of teachers, ensuring that the process was fair, respectful, and transparent. Students were encouraged to carry only the required textbooks, notebooks, and stationery while avoiding any prohibited or unnecessary items. The drive served as an awareness activity to remind students about the importance of adhering to school rules and regulations. It also provided an opportunity to educate them about responsible behaviour, personal accountability, and the need to contribute towards a safe and positive school environment. Students cooperated enthusiastically throughout the activity, demonstrating their understanding of the school’s commitment to their well-being. The initiative successfully reinforced the values of discipline, responsibility, and respect for school norms. Through such proactive measures, the school continues to foster a safe, secure, and conducive atmosphere where every student can learn, grow, and excel with confidence.
ROAD SAFETY ROLE PLAY BY CLASSES I –V

To promote awareness about road safety and responsible citizenship among young learners, our school organized a Road Safety Role Play for students of Classes I to V on 27 July 2026.
The activity provided an engaging platform for students to learn and demonstrate the importance of following traffic rules through creative role plays. Dressed as traffic police officers, pedestrians, drivers, doctors, and road safety volunteers, the students confidently enacted real-life situations highlighting the significance of traffic signals, zebra crossings, helmets, seat belts, and safe road behaviour. The performances effectively conveyed valuable messages such as obeying traffic rules, avoiding the use of mobile phones while on the road, respecting traffic signs, and being responsible road users. The enthusiasm and confidence displayed by the students reflected their understanding of the importance of road safety in everyday life. The event not only enhanced students’ communication and presentation skills but also instilled a sense of discipline, responsibility, and civic awareness. Teachers appreciated the sincere efforts of the participants and encouraged them to spread the message of road safety among their families and communities.
The Road Safety Role Play was an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience that reinforced the belief that “Road Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility.” Through such activities, the school continues to nurture socially responsible and safety-conscious citizens.
ROAD RAGE – CLASS TALK BY STUDENTS OF CLASSES VI–VIII

As part of the school’s Road Safety Awareness Programme, a Class Talk on “Road Rage” was conducted by the students of Classes VI to VIII on 27 July 2026. The activity aimed to educate students about the causes, consequences, and prevention of road rage while encouraging responsible behaviour on the roads. The students confidently shared their views on how impatience, anger, reckless driving, and disregard for traffic rules can lead to road rage and serious accidents. Through informative presentations and interactive discussions, they emphasized the importance of staying calm, respecting fellow road users, following traffic regulations, and practising patience while travelling. The speakers highlighted that every individual has a role to play in ensuring road safety by displaying courtesy, self-control, and responsible conduct. They also encouraged their peers to spread awareness among family members and the community about safe driving practices and the need to avoid aggressive behaviour on the roads.
The class talk proved to be an enriching learning experience, helping students develop awareness, confidence, and a sense of civic responsibility. The programme reinforced the message that safe roads begin with responsible attitudes, and that patience and respect can make our roads safer for everyone.
WORKSHOP ON PEER PRESSURE AND ANTI-BULLYING FOR CLASSES IX–XII

As part of its commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and emotionally healthy learning environment, the school organized a Workshop on “Peer Pressure and Anti-Bullying” for the students of Classes IX to XII on 27 July 2026.
The workshop aimed to create awareness about the impact of peer pressure and bullying on students’ emotional well-being, academic performance, and overall personality development. Through engaging discussions, real-life examples, and interactive activities, students were encouraged to recognize unhealthy peer influence, build self-confidence, and make responsible decisions. The session also emphasized the importance of empathy, kindness, mutual respect, and standing up against all forms of bullying. Students were sensitized to identify bullying behaviours, support their peers, and seek timely help from teachers, parents, or school counsellors whenever required. The workshop inspired students to become responsible and compassionate individuals who contribute to a positive and respectful school culture. It reinforced the message that every student has the right to learn in a safe and supportive environment, free from fear, discrimination, and harassment. The programme concluded with a pledge by the students to reject bullying in all its forms, respect one another’s differences, and promote friendship, inclusivity, and responsible behaviour both inside and outside the school.

DIGITAL LITERACY AWARENESS PROGRAMME

Theme: “Digital Literacy in the Age of AI”
To empower students with essential digital skills and promote safe and responsible use of technology, the school organized a Digital Literacy Awareness Programme for students of Classes I to XII in the school premises under the theme “Digital Literacy in the Age of AI.” The programme aimed to prepare students to navigate the digital world confidently while understanding the opportunities and challenges presented by emerging technologies.
The programme was conducted in three age-appropriate sessions by the faculty members of the Computer Science Department.
Classes I – IV
The session for Classes I to IV was conducted by Ms. Devika Saru, who introduced young learners to the concept of digital literacy in an interactive and engaging manner. Students learned about the safe use of smartphones, computers, and the internet, the importance of protecting personal information, and developing healthy digital habits. The session emphasized screen-time management, responsible use of digital devices, and basic cyber safety practices, enabling students to become smart and safe digital users from an early age.
Classes V – VIII
The session for Classes V to VIII was conducted by Ms. Harsha. Students were sensitized to the responsible use of the internet and social media platforms. Topics such as digital payments, phishing and online scams, cyber bullying, digital footprints, and digital well-being were discussed through practical examples. Students were encouraged to verify online information, identify suspicious links, and understand the significance of maintaining privacy and security while using digital platforms.
Classes IX – XII
The session for Classes IX to XII was conducted by Ms. Swati Garg, focusing on advanced concepts of digital literacy and the ethical use of technology in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Students explored topics including cyber security, digital footprints, cyber bullying, online scams such as QR code and digital arrest scams, secure online payment methods, NFC technology, APK file safety, and responsible social media usage. The session also highlighted the growing role of AI in everyday life and the importance of becoming informed, ethical, and future-ready digital citizens.
Through informative presentations, real-life examples, and interactive discussions, students gained valuable insights into maintaining a safe and balanced digital lifestyle. They learned that digital literacy extends beyond using technology—it involves making informed decisions, protecting one’s digital identity, and using technological advancements responsibly.
The Digital Literacy Awareness Programme was highly appreciated by students and teachers alike and successfully reinforced the school’s commitment to nurturing digitally literate, responsible, and future-ready learners in an increasingly AI-driven world.

With this meaningful thought, our school celebrated Earth Day on 22nd April 2026 with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility.
To mark the occasion, a special Bagless Day was organized for our young eco-warriors. The day was thoughtfully planned to engage students in a variety of fun-filled, interactive, and eco-friendly activities. Students participated with great excitement in activities designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting our planet. Through these engaging sessions, they learned valuable lessons about conservation, reducing waste, and caring for nature.

BAISAKHI CELEBRATION

"Harvest of happiness and joy fills our hearts."
Baisakhi was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy by the students of Classes I and II. The celebration marked the harvest season and highlighted the importance of cultural traditions, happiness, and togetherness.
The classrooms were filled with excitement as students actively participated in a colouring activity. They beautifully coloured Baisakhi-themed worksheets depicting traditional dances, harvest fields, and festive scenes, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm.
The atmosphere was vibrant and joyful, with children proudly displaying their colourful work. The collage of photographs reflects the active participation, confidence, and happiness of the students during the celebration.
Through this activity, students learned about the significance of Baisakhi as a harvest festival, explored Punjabi culture and traditions, and developed creativity and fine motor skills.

Students enjoyed an enriching educational picnic to Rangmanch Farms, thoughtfully organized to provide experiential learning along with recreation. Classes Nursery to V visited the farm on 5th February, while Classes VI to IX and XI participated on 3rd February 2026.
The picnic offered students a valuable opportunity to relax, interact, and learn in a natural setting, encouraging social bonding, cooperation, and emotional well-being. Engaging activities and open surroundings helped students develop interpersonal skills while returning refreshed and motivated for academic pursuits.

Proud Participation of Our Students
The school proudly shares the participation of its students in Day 1 (29th January 2026) of the 9th Adaptive Athletic Meet, organized by Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
The event provided a meaningful platform to celebrate inclusivity, confidence, and the true spirit of sportsmanship among Children with Special Needs (CwSN). Our students enthusiastically took part in various adaptive athletic activities designed to enhance motor skills, coordination, balance, and overall confidence.

“Knowledge is the spring that never runs dry,”
Basant Panchami was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the students of Classes I and II in the school. The celebration marked the arrival of the spring season and emphasized the importance of learning, positivity, and cultural values.
The classrooms were decorated with a yellow theme. Students enthusiastically participated in colouring Basant Panchami–related worksheets and a paper craft activity, where they made beautiful sunflower crafts, showcasing their creativity. Children also brought and shared yellow-coloured food, which added to the festive spirit to the day.
The students maintained excellent discipline and followed all instructions with sincerity and joy throughout the celebration. Our respected HOS Sir, Mr. Md. Imran Zafeer, visited the classes, appreciated the efforts of the teachers and students, and encouraged the children to actively participate in such cultural activities.
