CBSE NORTH ZONE - I VOLLEY BALL TOURNAMENT - 2005

CBSE North Zone -I Volley Ball Tournament was conducted at Little Angels Senior Secondary Public School , Paschim Vihar from 22^nd October 2005 to 24^thOctober 2005. A total of 14 Teams (7 Boys and 7 girls Teams) participated in the Tournament.

The Tournament got off to a colorful start when, on arrival of the Chief Guest, Mrs. Daljeet Kaur, Dy.Director of Education,Distt.West(B) a thunderous applause greeted her followed by very impressive cultural events presented by Senior boys and girls of the School.Everyone present , specially the Guest Teams from outside, appreciated the show.This was followed by various matches of the Tournament where boys and girls teams fought with great tenacity.

The Closing Ceremony was presided over by Mr. Pushkar Vohra, Asst. Education Officer (Sports)CBSE, Mr. Sheo Raj Singh, Education Officer Zone - XVII Distt.West - B, Mrs. Bimla Chikara, Supervisor Physical Education Department Zone XVII Distt. West -B and Director Principal , Mrs. Sanjiwan Mehar presented the Championship Awards. The show was indeed a great success.

2^nd Runner Up - D.A.V.Public School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Boys Category :-

Winner - New State Academy, Pitampura, New Delhi.
1^st Runner Up - Shivalik Public School, Chandigarh..
2^nd Runner Up - Maharaja Agarsaen Public School, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi.
