ANNUAL DAY - 24 ^th December 2011

The school celebrated its annual Day 'UDAAN' on 24th December 2011 with festive fervor and unique presentation.

Mr. Desh Raj Arora, Deputy Commissioner, Transport was the Chief Guest and Mr. Y.P Purang Retd. Addl. Director of Eduaction was the Guest of Honour.

The Managing Director of the School Mrs. Sanjiwan Mehar welcomed the guests. The event commenced with lighting of the Traditional Lamp.

300 students embellished the evening with their talents and artistic skills. The curtain raised with the School Choir reverberating the sounds of 'Aasma Mein' in the hearts of the masses. The toddlers enthralled the audience with their mesmerizing performance in the play ' Veronica'. The spectacle of 'Chale Jaise Hawaein' was inconceivably beautiful. Classical presentation of 'Bharatnatyam' was spectacular. A play with the theme of 'Discrimaination' prevelant in our society was powerfully rendered. Boys in white masks displayed breathtaking acrobatics in the 'Hip-Hop' dance. The contemporary dance 'Mollah Ali Mollah' was exceptionally choreographed, The students looked resplendent in their costumes. It transported everyone into the Sufi world and its renedation mellifluously touched the hearts.

However, the scene stealer was the dance drama 'Drug Addiction' which was coated with a powerful message for man not to destroy his future. The Chief Guest Mr. D.S. Arora addressed the gathering and applauded the efforts and achievemnets of the school . It was a grandiloquent show which ended but the magic continued.
